Description
Get ready to run, throw, catch, and have fun! BTC Flag Football is an exciting afterschool class designed for 4th and 5th grade students who want to build skills, stay active, and be part of a team. Students will learn the fundamentals of flag football—including passing, catching, offensive and defensive strategies, and good sportsmanship—through drills, mini-games, and team scrimmages. This class focuses on teamwork, confidence, leadership, and safe play in a positive, encouraging environment. No experience is needed—just bring your energy, effort, and a great attitude!

Students will have the option of staying after school and having supper with the regular Beyond the Classroom Program on the practice days. Students will report to the field for practice immediately following supper. Students must be picked up by 4:15PM on practice days (Tuesdays/Thursdays). Games will be held on alternating Mondays/Wednesdays 4:00-5:00PM. Students should report to the school where the game is being hosted by 3:45PM on game day. Team Shirts will be provided for the students on the day of the game. Please send a water bottle with the students on game days.
