Description
Come join our karate community! Classes are held at our dojo at Northwood Christian Church. We accept students 6 years and older, including parents and other adults. We meet three days a week. This package allows for unlimited attendance each week. You can attend in person indoor & outdoor classes for all ranks (weather permitting) on Wednesdays, 6:00-7:00 pm; Friday, 4:30-5:30 pm; or Saturday, 3-4 pm. OR if you are comfortable training inside, join us for the all rank indoor class on Wednesday, 6:00-7:00 pm; Friday, 5:30-6:30 pm; or Saturday, 4:00-5:00 pm. Attend as often as you like! Our karate style is Shorei Goju Ryu, an American blend of two Okinawan styles. We focus on self-defense, forms, and sparring. Benefits include increased strength, flexibility, balance, and confidence. We teach situational awareness and how to defend yourself if something does arise. Plus, it is fun!

Each day there are options for indoor and outdoor classes. Come to the glass doors on the south-side of the building, nearer the large parking area. If the doors are locked, ring the bell, ONCE, for entry. There will be an instructor present no later than 15 min before each class.
