Mon • Grades: Pre-K to 2nd
Description
The Intro Karate program is especially designed for the younger student. This shorter class is for Pre- K, Kindergarteners, and those first graders new to the program. We focus on self-control, listening skills, following directions, gross- and fine-motor skills, balance, coordination, and more, all while teaching the basics of karate and self-defense. If your student is in 2nd grade or higher, check out our Advanced Karate class.

Class will in the Music Room. Students should dropped off at the Main Entrance (Door #1 near the main office) between 8:15 & 8:25 am. Students enrolled in AYS Before Care will be picked up before class. Students will have time for a restroom break before we begin at 8:30 am. We will finish in time for students to have breakfast, if they wish, and make it to their classroom before final bell.
