Mon • Grades: Kindergarten to 1st
Description
This class is specifically designed for the younger student, with a shorter class time (8:30-9:05 am) and a focus on basics. We work on gross- and fine-motor skills, following directions, self-control, balance, agility, & hand-eye coordination. Open to Pre-K, Kindergarteners, and those 1st graders new to the program. Students will graduate to the "big-kids" class when they have demonstrated self-control and readiness for a longer, more intense class. Students 2nd grade and older should enroll in the Thursday after-school class, even if this is their first experience in the martial arts.
