Description
The Intro Karate program is especially designed for the younger student. This shorter class is for Pre- K, Kindergarteners, and those first graders new to the program. We focus on self-control, listening skills, following directions, gross- and fine-motor skills, balance, coordination, and more, all while teaching the basics of karate and self-defense.

Students can be dropped off at the gym door or brought to the gym between 8:15 and 8:30 am. They will have time for a restroom break before we begin at 8:30 am. We will finish in time for students to have breakfast, if they wish, and make it to their classroom before final bell.
