Description
The learn 2 Earn Program will give young men the opportunity to develop in their professionalism, administration, budgeting, work ethic, and servanthood- all while being financially compensated for their efforts. The goal of Learn 2 Earn is to build young men of character through landscaping projects throughout the campus of The Hope Center and the greater Kansas City Area.
As a participant in Learn 2 Earn, you will have the opportunity to learn the traits of a leader. From interacting and working with supervisors and other leaders, you will learn, observe, and absorb new information and techniques that will further encourage your growth.
You will also have the opportunity to personally recruit and retain new clients for yard work, increasing your potential earnings through the duration of this agreement and the opportunity to purchase new machinery. The potential opportunities and growth from the participation in Learn 2 Earn will be as much as you forth.
We plan on working Saturday mornings while school is still in session, but, will transition to a weekday during the summer as we know most students are usually traveling or spending time with family during those summer Saturdays.
