Description
Thank you for your interest in the Family Project! With the Family Project, you can set and achieve goals for yourself and your family. We can help with finding services in housing, medical and mental health, education, and careers. Throughout the year, we host fun events and giveaways, such as a Thanksgiving turkey drive and holiday events.
If interested, please register and a member of the team will reach out to you to complete the intake process. *All information shared with the Family Project is confidential and not shared with other HPAC staff.
