-Date: Saturday, May 11th, 2024
-Time: 11:00 - 4:30 pm
-Location: Northwest Middle School
-Check In begins at 12:30; first class at 1 pm
-All volunteers will need to arrive by 11 am
-A team huddle will happen at 11:15 am then everyone will go to their areas to set up/assist/greet instructors & vendors
Please respond to Ashley Beverly at beverlya@myips.org by Wednesday, May 8th, so she can coordinate the remainder of volunteers needed.
- Check In:
- 2 English speaking
- 2 Spanish speaking
- 1 floater
- Swag Bag:
- You would collect a survey from the parent and then hand them a swag bag and thank them for attending the event
- Fitness Rooms:
- You would stand outside of your assigned to your chosen fitness room to greet attendees. In the 2nd class you would hand out the survey for them to fill out and make an announcement about lunch. *You can complete the workout as well.
- Please Note: Some fitness classes will take place outdoors
- Survey Table:
- This table will be before the swag bags. Ensure families know this survey has to be completed and turned in to someone at the swag bag table to receive their bag
- Floaters:
- You will be placed in areas to assist and relieve someone assigned to a station if needed
- Crowd Control:
- You will be placed inside or outside to assist with flow of the crowd and where people need to go
- Food Set Up:
- You will set up the food in its area when it arrives. I will need to have phone access to you to possibly communicate the arrival of our food. Set up the food and serve (there may be sandwiches on trays etc.
