ImPowered Minds is excited to announce the 100 Power Collective—an initiative uniting 100 committed men and women to make a lasting difference in our community. By contributing time, funds, or networks, each member will play a vital role in creating a brighter future for Tampa’s youth.

Our city faces critical challenges, including educational barriers, mental health issues, and a lack of positive role models. If we don’t act now, these problems will only worsen. ImPowered Minds is dedicated to providing the resources, guidance, and support young people need, but we can’t do it alone. The 100 Power Collective is designed to bring our community together to address these challenges.

Why the 100 Power Collective Matters

Tampa’s youth deserve better support. We need adults willing to invest in their futures—not just financially, but through mentorship and active involvement. The 100 Power Collective aims to fill the gaps by offering educational support, mental health resources, and recreational opportunities that promote personal growth.

This initiative is about proactively creating solutions that uplift our community. We’re looking for passionate volunteers who can assist in education, mental wellness, and recreational programming, as well as ambassadors to financially support and expand these efforts.

A Call to Action for Volunteers

We invite individuals eager to contribute their time and energy. Volunteers can engage in key areas, including:

• Fishing Recreation: Help run community fishing events, teaching kids outdoor skills and leadership.
• Education: Provide tutoring and mentorship in local schools to support children’s success.
• Mental Health: Facilitate workshops on mental wellness, equipping youth with essential emotional tools.

Volunteers can select their areas of interest and will be given clear roles. Each volunteer will receive a T-shirt as a symbol of their commitment and will join a community focused on meaningful change.

The Role of Ambassadors

For those who can’t volunteer but still want to contribute, we’re seeking Ambassadors. They will be crucial in funding and expanding our initiatives through:

• Monthly Donations: Options of $25, $50, or $100 per month.
• One-Time Contributions: $300 for $25/month, $600 for $50/month, or $1,200 for $100/month.

Ambassadors will not only support our programs financially but will also engage their networks to broaden our impact. Each will receive a T-shirt and a case of ImPowered Minds water as a thank you for their support.

A Community United for Change

The 100 Power Collective is more than a volunteer initiative or fundraising effort; it’s a movement. We’re addressing the root causes of the challenges youth face by providing the necessary resources, support, and role models.

We need leaders and doers to come together and make a difference. Our goal is to gather 100 dedicated individuals in this initial round, with a vision to expand to 1,000 committed people over time. The greater our numbers, the more lives we can touch and the bigger the ripple effect across our community.
