Description
This camp day will give incoming 6th-grade students and new students a fun and supportive introduction to life at KNMS. Students will explore elective course options, meet teachers and staff, learn how to navigate middle school PE, and discover the many ELOP opportunities available throughout the year. They will also take part in an interactive scavenger hunt that helps them get to know the campus and important school spaces. The goal is to help students feel comfortable, connected, and excited for their middle school journey.

Incoming 6th-grade students and new students will enjoy a fun and welcoming introduction to life at KNMS. Students should arrive at 7:30 AM in the MPR for breakfast before beginning the day’s activities. Camp experiences will include exploring elective course options, meeting teachers and staff, learning how to navigate middle school PE, discovering ELOP opportunities, and participating in a campus scavenger hunt. Lunch will be served at 11:30 AM. Students attending for a half day may be picked up at 12:15 PM, and full-day students may be picked up at 4:00 PM. This camp day is designed to help students feel comfortable, connected, and excited for a successful start to middle school.
