Description
Location: Students will meet in the MPR right after school for supper and then proceed to Room 408 with Mrs. Lents
Meeting Time: Fridays from 3:30 – 4:30 PM
Program: Center Stage: Drama & Performance
What to Expect:
- Acting exercises and improvisation games to build confidence and creativity
- Script reading, character development, and stage movement techniques
- Team-based activities to practice collaboration, timing, and expression
- Opportunities to create short skits, monologues, and group performances
- Behind-the-scenes learning in stagecraft, props, and production support
Skills Students Will Build:
- Confidence in public speaking and performance
- Creative expression through acting, movement, and voice
- Teamwork and collaboration with peers
- Critical thinking and problem-solving through improvisation
- Leadership and responsibility in performance roles
