STEMventure Camp offers three exciting weeks of hands-on STEM exploration, creativity, and discovery. Each themed week gives students the chance to explore science through engaging activities, experiments, and teamwork.
During Oregon Trail Week, students step into the shoes of pioneers as they design and build wagons, tackle survival challenges, and solve engineering problems inspired by the historic journey west.
In Jurassic Park Week, campers become junior paleontologists as they dig for fossils, investigate dinosaur adaptations, and explore the science behind prehistoric life.
During Crime Scene Investigation Week, students become detectives by analyzing fingerprints, examining evidence, and using forensic science techniques to solve mysteries while building observation and critical thinking skills.
All camp sessions run Monday through Friday from 1:00 PM - 4:00 PM.
We encourage families to register in advance so that we have each student’s emergency contact information on file. This helps us ensure the safety of all students and allows our staff to be fully prepared to support every participant during the program.
Students from the following schools will receive first priority for registration:
If space remains available, students from other schools may also be able to attend.
June Session
July Session (Camps Repeat)
If your child can’t attend in June, the same camps will be offered again in July.
Can my student attend more than one camp?
Yes! Students are welcome to attend as many camps as they would like. Please note that the camps repeat in July, so the activities will be the same as the June sessions.
What grades can attend?
Students currently enrolled in grades 1-8 at their school are welcome to attend.
What if my child will be entering 1st grade this year?
Your child may still attend. We will just need a little additional information from you and will contact you directly after registration.
Can my child bring a friend or sibling?
Yes, friends and siblings are welcome to attend if they are registered. However, children must be out of diapers and preferably over the age of 5. Our staff’s primary role is to lead activities and ensure safety for all students.
Will snacks be provided?
Yes, a daily snack will be provided. If your child has any allergies, please be sure to include that information on the registration form.
Why are two emergency contacts required?
Two emergency contacts are required in case we are unable to reach the primary contact. If the primary contact cannot be reached, we will call the first emergency contact, followed by the second. We also have a 15-minute pickup policy. If a child has not been picked up 15 minutes after the program ends and we cannot reach any listed contacts, we will contact the local police department for assistance.
