Description

Let your student step behind the mic! 🎙️

The KATB Student Podcast is a fun, creative opportunity for middle school students to share their ideas, opinions, and experiences while learning new skills along the way.

Students will work in small groups to plan and record podcast episodes using real podcast equipment set up at the middle school. With guidance from KATB staff, students will build confidence as they talk about school-life topics, interests, and questions that matter to them.

Through the podcast, students will:

  • Strengthen communication and public-speaking skills
  • Build confidence, teamwork, and leadership
  • Learn basic technology and media skills
  • Have a positive outlet to express their voice in a safe, supportive space

No experience needed - just curiosity and a willingness to participate!
