*Students also participating in volleyball will be able to do Orff Ensemble. Coach Caudillo has okayed Orff Ensemble students missing volleyball practice for Orff*
Middle School Orff Ensemble is a music performance ensemble where 6th-8th graders will go further in depth than our weekly music classes with Ms. Bax by performing ensemble pieces and creating music together. Students will sing, move, and play a variety of instruments, including xylophones, drums, and unpitched percussion.
Due to Ms. Bax going on maternity leave in mid-February we will have our only Orff Concert on Tuesday, February 7th at 6:00pm in the Lab School Gym. Students who sign up are committing to being in Orff from September though the February concert.
Club fee is $45 for the shortened year due to Ms. Bax's maternity leave. After School charges additional fees on top of that. If you wish to avoid these fees you can select "Pay Later" and pay Ms. Bax the flat $45 in cash or check (made out to Ms. Bax)l Full & partial scholarships are also available based on financial need. Select pay later and contact Ms. Bax if you are in need of a scholarship. You may choose a full scholarship or a pay what you can scholarship.
