Description

CEO101 is Las Fotos Project’s introductory creative workforce development course designed for emerging photographers ages 15-18 who are ready to strengthen their technical skills and explore photography as a potential career pathway.

  • This hands-on course focuses on building a strong foundation in manual camera operation, visual storytelling, and professional photography practices. Students will develop confidence both behind the camera and in professional settings while learning the technical and interpersonal skills needed to succeed as a freelance photographer.

  • Throughout the program, students will gain experience in portrait, event, and documentary-style photography while learning the full lifecycle of a photography assignment from booking and creative planning to shooting, editing, client communication, invoicing, and image delivery. Participants will also explore topics such as pricing their work, valuing their creative labor, workflow systems, professionalism, and finding their unique voice as visual storytellers.

CEO101 is ideal for students interested in pursuing photography beyond a hobby and who are eager to build the skills, discipline, and confidence needed to take on real-world assignments. This course serves as a foundational pathway for photographers interested in future opportunities with the LFP Studio roster and paid client projects.
