Livewell’s Kidpreneur Course is back!

Each year, we invite young creators, thinkers, and future leaders to join our 5-week virtual Business Course, designed specifically for kids who want to learn the basics of entrepreneurship in a fun and engaging way.

Through playful stories, colorful illustrations, and easy-to-understand lessons, kids will explore the exciting world of business and leave with a strong foundation in what it means to be an entrepreneur. We make big concepts simple—and kids love it!

📍 What’s Included:

• 5 Live Zoom Classes (1x per week)
• Kid-Friendly Curriculum on Business Basics
• 2 In-Person Meetups before the event
• Expert Coaching to help your child launch with confidence
• A chance to showcase and sell at our exciting Kidpreneur Marketplace in Downtown Pleasanton!

💻 What the Kidpreneur Zoom Sessions Look Like:

• 10–15 minutes: Welcome and check-in
• 45 minutes: Focused instruction time — interactive, visual, and designed to keep learners engaged
• 30 minutes: Open Q&A time — kids can ask questions, get help on their business ideas, or explore further. (Especially great for older kids who are ready for more advanced ideas!)

While we hold space for the full 90 minutes, the structured teaching portion is just 45 minutes — with extra time built in for connection and support.

2. Make It & Price It! (Creating Products + How to Set Prices)
3. Talk the Talk! (How to Share Your Idea & Talk to Customers)
4. Stand Out! (Booth Design, Signs & Marketing Magic)
5. Sell Like a Pro! (Practice Time with Real-Life Role Play)

💼 Marketplace Requirements:

To participate in the Kidpreneur Marketplace on Saturday, May 17 at Delucchi Park, children must:

1. Complete the 5-week Kidpreneur Course ($100)
2. Includes event participation; must bring your own table and tent)
3. Attend two “Invite Blitz” day at a local Farmers Market to personally promote their business

📝 Invite Blitz Options (choose two):

• Saturday, May 10 – 10:30 AM to 1:00 PM (Pleasanton Farmers Market)
• Sunday, May 11 – 10:30 AM to 1:00 PM (Livermore Farmers Market)
• Thursday, May 15 – 4:00 PM to 6:00 PM (Livermore Farmers Market)

Your child will spend one hour handing out flyers and inviting the community to come support their booth at the Marketplace. (Flyers provided by Livewell!)

*Every family MUST be a registered Basic Private Member of the Livewell PMA Community to enroll in any Livewell programs. Basic Private Membership is FREE and the private membership application and contract will be presented during the enrollment process for this course. You will have an opportunity to sign the membership application prior to Kidpreneur Course enrollment.*
