Description
Please join us for the MVUSD Summer Intersession in partnership with Woodcraft Rangers! Students will engage with school site teachers and Woodcraft Camp Leaders in a fun, hands-on learning experience with a strong focus on building math skills, closing learning gaps, and boosting confidence for the upcoming grade level.
Morning sessions are designed to strengthen math foundations in an engaging and supportive environment, while Woodcraft Rangers' afternoon sessions will provide enriching opportunities for continued growth. Students will participate in a variety of clubs including Visual Arts, STEM, Sports, Strategy Games, and Performing Arts—encouraging creativity, social interaction, and physical activity while preventing summer slide.
To make the experience even more memorable, Fridays will feature exciting on-site summer events such as a Color Run and Camp Takeover, with more fun weekly themes to come. Sign up now for a rewarding and engaging summer your student will love!
*Instruction at Butterfield Language Academy will be done through the Dual Immersion best practices.*
IMPORTANT INFO FOR 5TH GRADE:
This session is only open for students attending Ridgecrest and Butterfield.
Summer Session Dates: June 22nd, 2026 to July 24th, 2026
Session A: June 22nd - July 7th
Session B: July 8th - July 24th
Students may attend one or both sessions
Instructional Time: 8am - 12pm
Woodcraft Rangers: 12pm - 5pm
Students may attend the morning session, afternoon session, or both.
