Description
“Ready, Set, GO!” is a fun and engaging kindergarten readiness class designed to help young learners build the foundational skills they need for a successful start in school. Through hands-on activities, games, and guided practice, students will develop important early learning and classroom skills in a supportive environment.
In this class, students will learn proper pencil grip and techniques for holding and using scissors safely while practicing cutting skills. Children will also work on letter, number, and color recognition through interactive activities and repetition. Students will be introduced to basic sight words to help strengthen early reading readiness.
In addition to academic preparation, “Ready, Set, GO!” focuses on important classroom etiquette and social skills such as listening, following directions, taking turns, raising hands, and participating appropriately in a group setting. This class is designed to help children grow in confidence, independence, and readiness for the kindergarten classroom experience.
