Art Lab: Printmaking — Fall Session 1

Description

There's a moment in printmaking that never gets old: you press the paper down, peel it back, and see your design in ink for the first time. In Printmaking, students design their own printing blocks, carve and build them, mix ink, and pull original prints onto paper and fabric — moving from simple stamps to multi-color prints and repeating patterns. Everyone leaves each class with finished prints to take home.

Printmaking is part of Art Lab, our weekday after-school art series with Hanna — take one day or stack it with Paper Mache (Wednesdays) and Art Journaling (Thursdays).

SCHEDULE: Tuesdays 3:30–5:00 PM at 113 Liberty Street.

FALL SESSION 1: September 15 – October 20, 2026 (6 classes). Session 2 (Oct 27 – Dec 1) opens for enrollment later this fall.

PRICING: $145 per 6-week session, all materials included. Small group capped at 10. Scholarships are available — apply at newburghcreates.com.

REFUND POLICY: Full refund (minus card processing fees) for cancellations made 7 or more days before the session starts. Within 7 days of the start: 50% refund or full credit toward another program. No refunds after the session begins, but you may transfer your registration or receive credit any time before the start date. If a hardship comes up, contact us — we'll work with you.
