Description
Join our competitive FIRST LEGO League teams for the 2026-27 BIOGLOW™ season — a biodiversity-themed challenge where students build and program a LEGO SPIKE Prime robot, research a real-world problem, and compete in regional tournaments. No experience needed — just curiosity and a willingness to learn.
TWO TEAMS: Team A practices Mondays & Wednesdays with Coach Jason. Team B practices Tuesdays & Thursdays with Coach Dave. All practices run 4:30–6:30 PM at 113 Liberty Street. We'll confirm team placement after registration — you can request a team when you sign up.
SEASON: September 14, 2026 through late February 2027, following the Newburgh school calendar (no practice on district holidays or recesses). Roughly 39 practices across the season.
PRICING: $450 for the full season. A monthly payment plan (6 payments of $80, September–February) is available on request — monthly families commit to the full season at signup. Your season fee covers coaching, robot kits, and team costs. Scholarships are available — apply at newburghcreates.com.
REFUND POLICY: Full refund (minus card processing fees) for cancellations made 7 or more days before the season starts. Within 7 days of the start: 50% refund or full credit toward another program. No refunds after the season begins, but you may transfer your registration or receive credit any time before the start date. If a hardship comes up, contact us — we'll work with you.
