Game Forge Fridays — Fall Session 1

Description

Friday nights belong to games. Game Forge Fridays brings together game design, storytelling, and Minecraft in one evening — run with Ahona in partnership with Story Forge Game Store, our neighbor at 113 Liberty Street.

HOW THE NIGHT WORKS:

4:30–6:30 PM — hands-on game design at Story Forge: game theory, storytelling, and character building, explored through tabletop and role-playing games, surrounded by the real thing.

6:30–7:00 PM — break and move next door to the Newburgh Creates studio.

7:00–9:00 PM — collaborative Minecraft building, plus pizza for everyone.

Students stay with our instructors the whole evening, including the break. Dinner's covered — pizza every week.

FALL SESSION 1: September 18 – October 23, 2026 (6 Fridays). Session 2 (Oct 30 – Dec 11) opens for enrollment later this fall.

PRICING: $285 per 6-week session — 4.5 hours a week, pizza included. For ages 9–14, capped at 10. Space permitting, single-night taster passes ($50) are available — contact us. Scholarships are available — apply at newburghcreates.com.

REFUND POLICY: Full refund (minus card processing fees) for cancellations made 7 or more days before the session starts. Within 7 days of the start: 50% refund or full credit toward another program. No refunds after the session begins, but you may transfer your registration or receive credit any time before the start date. If a hardship comes up, contact us — we'll work with you.
