Third Annual Career Exploration Charrette: Tiny Homes

Our summer camp is back, and again hosted by OfficeWorks in Fishers, IN! This is the third year of our summer program and this year we have a special theme.

WE ARE DESIGNING TINY HOMES!!

Next Great Architects has been working with Sanctuary Indy on the design of Tiny Homes for the unhouse in Indianapolis and we want students to be a part of this experience.

Sanctuary Indy is a local nonprofit pioneering a new approach in Indianapolis toward permanent supportive housing for our city’s chronically homeless. You can learn more by visiting their website (https://www.sanctuaryindy.org/)

This unique program for middle and high school students will explore architecture through the lens of necessity and compassion for the unhoused. We will not only lean into creativity, but also develop skills like critical thinking, problem-solving, and public speaking. This is the summer camp that can allow your student's imagination and creativity to lead them to a dream career.

Parents are able to use and enjoy the co-working space with complimentary coffee and Wi-Fi while students are participating in the camp.

This is an in-person camp, however, we understand this may present challenges. In-person is highly recommended, but we will accommodate your student with a virtual option at your request.

The fee is $100.00 per registration
