Dear Parent/Guardian/Caregivers,

Thank you for applying for the 2025-2026 After-School Program! We are excited about the opportunity to serve your family. Apply Mode means a student will only ‘apply’ and will be given a reserved seat either via lottery or by being placed manually by me (Site Director) in a reserved seat.

Next Steps:

To reserve your child's spot in the program, it is mandatory to attend the Parent Orientation, which will be scheduled by your Site Director. The date, time, and location of the orientation will be sent to you via email.

Please be aware that:

✔️ Attending the Parent Orientation is required to secure your child’s enrollment.

✔️ If you do not attend, your child’s application will be placed on the waiting list until the orientation requirement is completed.

This is a FREE program, provided through a 21st Century Community Learning Centers (21st CCLC) government grant. As a non-profit organization, we are committed to meeting all grant requirements, which include family participation in orientation.
