Description
Sidener afterschool Karate. Students will learn basics and intermediate karate skills. We work on stances, strikes, kicking, and blocking, as well as self defense escapes. New stuedents will start at white belt, and returning students will continue at their current level. Sidener students, as well as students that train with Phoenix Rising Karate, Gensheimer Martial arts, Hernly family karate, and Blade family karate are able welcome to train with us at their current level.
Students learn self control, discipline, courtesy, self defense and team building skills in a safe environment.
Karate is a great way to chanel student's energy is a safe and positive way!
