Description
In the Guitar Horizons class offered by St. Louis Classical Guitar, students ages 10-17 can expect a welcoming and engaging environment to grow as musicians. Open to all skill levels, the class combines classical guitar instruction, music theory, and ensemble collaboration, guided by experienced educators who emphasize creativity and individual progress.
Students will explore a rich repertoire spanning diverse cultures and styles, while interactive activities strengthen their musical understanding. The program also fosters community, offering opportunities for collaboration, performance, and the development of confidence and a lifelong appreciation for music.
St. Louis Classical Guitar will provide the instrument which will require a $30 deposit (refundable deposit) Due by the first day of class. Students who have not paid the deposit will not be allowed to take the instrument home.
Fall semester runs September 15th through December 1st.
Spring semester runs January 12th through April 13th.

The Ferguson school is located at the First Baptist Church of Ferguson. Please park in the lot on the south side of the building, across from Little Caesers.
Our entrance is marked with a Pianos for People sign, down a short staircase. Come through the door, up the stairs to your right, and you'll find our hallway!
