Description
Join us for an exciting introduction to the world of music at our Music Exploration Camp! Designed for youth ages 8–16, this camp is the perfect way to begin your child’s musical journey.
Campers will explore the fundamentals of four instruments: piano, guitar, conga drums, and music production. Students will also learn the basics of music theory, including rhythm, note reading, the musical staff, and dynamics, all presented in a fun and interactive learning environment. In addition, campers will be introduced to famous composers and a variety of musical genres in ways that are engaging and easy to understand.
Each day includes two 50-minute instructional sessions in both the morning and afternoon, giving students the opportunity to explore different instruments and musical concepts throughout the day.
Lunch is provided daily courtesy of Operation Food Search to keep campers energized, though students are welcome to bring their own lunch if they prefer.
