About ProjectArt
ProjectArt’s free classes run from September - May. Materials are provided for all students ages 4-18. Local, professional artists teach classes aligned with the National Arts Education Association standards and are informed by the teaching artist's personal artistic practice. ProjectArt classes are fun, imaginative and cultivate a love of learning.
Enrollment is ongoing throughout the year. Registration is required in advance, and space is limited.

Current Class Project:
Introductions, Class Energy and Environment, Exploring Spaces with Oil Pastels
Viewpoints is a 3 week project starting the week of Sept 30th through October 14th.
This project will cover space and how we want to exist in our spaces and how our spaces can affect us mentally physically and emotionally. We will be using oil pastels as our 1st medium discovering how we can create space with shades and tints, marks, and layers. We will establish classroom energy: how do we want to feel in our space/time together and what can we all do to make sure we create a safe space for everyone.
