Materials are provided for all students.

Enrollment is ongoing throughout the year.

Current Class Project: Preparing for the Long Winters Night

Preparing for the Long Winters Night is a three week project going from the week of November 18th through December 15th.

A follow up to a project on animal migration, this project focuses on hibernation. Students will create a layered collaged artwork displaying a hibernating animal inspired by the picture book A Starlit Somersault Downhill. Through this project students will learn about space and texture, focusing heavily on texture while drawing animal fur, tree bark and if there is time, fall leaves.
