Description

Family Art Therapy offers a supportive, engaging group experience where families come together to strengthen connection, communication, and emotional well-being. In a welcoming environment, families will explore creative art processes designed to reduce stress, build resilience, and deepen understanding of one another.

No art experience is necessary — only a willingness to show up, listen, and create together. Each session begins with a shared meal, providing time to settle in and connect as a community.

Before the group series begins, the art therapist will meet individually with each family to learn about your unique strengths, challenges, and goals. At the conclusion of the series, families will have an opportunity to reflect on their experience and share feedback to support continued growth.
