Join us for a hands-on Family Wellness experience celebrating the arrival of spring—a season of renewal, growth, and possibility. Together in our outdoor garden space, we’ll reflect on what we are nurturing in our lives and what we are “springing toward” in the months ahead.
Facilitated by Nia Mays, this workshop invites families to engage in creative, nature-based art-making that supports both personal and collective growth. As we gather, participants will paint intention rocks to share and take home, plant flowers in our community garden, and contribute to collaborative sculptures and garden elements that will remain in the space. Families will also have the opportunity to create simple symbolic designs that reflect their values, identities, and hopes for the future.
This experience is both a moment of connection and an ongoing contribution to our shared environment—helping to beautify and activate the garden while grounding us in themes of growth, care, and possibility.
Come ready to get your hands a little dirty, make meaningful art, and welcome the season together.
