Description
Mentor 2 Mentor is a 12-week experiential leadership and mentorship program designed for transitional-aged youth (18–26) to grow as real models–authentic, empowered leaders who uplift their communities through mentorship, collective care, and purpose-driven action.
Our Purpose
We believe transformational change begins with young people embodying the change they seek and awakening their potential to drive of positive social impact. Mentor 2 Mentor equips transitional-aged youth with the skills, knowledge, experience and community to become change-makers and leaders in their communities. M2M will also provide unique opportunities for cohort participants to work directly in school sites, supporting and mentoring K-8th grade youth.
