Drum Club:
Welcome to the ultimate rhythm adventure! This club is led by Coach Vincent from Elevo who has an extensive background in percussion and drum line. The Drum Club is designed for elementary students who are ready to trade "tapping on desks" for real musical skills. This high-energy class focuses on the fundamentals of percussion in a fun, collaborative environment.
What We’ll Explore
In this class, we go beyond just hitting things. We learn how to build a "groove" from the ground up.
- Rhythm Basics: Understanding notes, rests, and how to keep a steady pulse.
- Stick Control: Learning the "matched grip" and how to make the sticks do the work for you.
