Description
Rainbow Ridge Elementary is re-launching the Eagles Fitness Squad! Our mission is to promote regular, healthy exercise for our young Eagles, encouraging them to develop lifelong habits that will benefit their health and well-being.
Research shows that regular exercise is vital for children. It improves heart health, strengthens the immune system, enhances memory, and boosts focus—key components for academic success. We also know that when our students stay healthy, they are more likely to attend school consistently, and our motto for this year’s attendance campaign is simple: "Show Up to Rise Up!" When our Eagles are healthy, they soar higher in every aspect of their learning.
