Back to School Camp TK-5th
Kick off the 2026–2027 school year with our Back to School Camp running from August 3–August 11! This engaging program is designed for students enrolled in the upcoming 2026–2027 school year and will provide a fun, safe, and supportive environment focused on building routines, friendships, confidence, and school readiness before the first day of school. This program is a part of our ELOP program and space will be prioritized to students with unduplicated status and in order of application. Space is limited on the amount of staff.
Students will participate in a variety of activities including team-building games, arts and crafts, academic enrichment, outdoor play, STEM challenges, and social-emotional learning opportunities. Camp activities and groupings will be based on students’ 2026–2027 grade levels to help students connect with their new peers and prepare for a successful school year ahead.
Space may be limited and registration is required. We look forward to helping students start the new school year strong!\
The district has indicated that times for TK/K are limited to pick-up at 12:15pm, directly after lunch, so hours for TK/K are 7:30-12:15pm. All students receive both breakfast and lunch.

Description
Ridgemoor Elementary is excited to offer our Back to School Camp from August 3–11, 2026, designed to help students reconnect with peers, rebuild routines, and transition back into the school year in a fun, engaging environment before the first day of school. Camp activities will include enrichment opportunities, team-building, structured recreation, and academic support experiences to help students feel confident and prepared for the 2026–2027 school year.
Please note that as with all ELOP programs, registration priority will first be given to unduplicated students, with additional placements determined by timestamped registration order as staffing and program capacity are finalized. While some students may have opportunities to engage with credentialed teachers during camp activities, not all groups will be assigned to credentialed staff members.
For incoming and new families, it is important to understand that the "after school" ELOP portion activities are primarily facilitated by our expanded learning vendor staff rather than credentialed classroom teachers. Our team remains committed to providing a safe, supportive, and welcoming environment for all students as they begin the new school year at Ridgemoor Elementary.
