Description
EARLY REGISTRATION FOR THIS SPORT IS OPEN NOW for FRIDAY PRACTICES
Join the Ridgemoor Flag Football Team and experience the excitement of teamwork, skill-building, and friendly competition! Practices will start off on Friday's from 3-4pm.
In mid-January 2026, practices will change to Mondays and Wednesdays from 3:00–4:00 PM, where players will work on fundamentals, strategies, and gameplay as it will officially be soccer season.
Games will be scheduled on select Mondays and Wednesdays from 4:00–5:00 PM, giving athletes the opportunity to apply what they’ve learned in a supportive, game-day environment.
The season runs late January-early March, so grab your cleats and get ready for a fantastic season of soccer at Ridgemoor!

- Mon (1/26) – QVE @ RES (West) — 4:00pm–5:00pm
- Wed (2/11) – RES @ CME (West) — 4:00pm–5:00pm
- Mon (2/23) – RES @ ERE (West) — 4:00pm–5:00pm
- Mon (3/2) – TES @ RES (West) — 4:00pm–5:00pm
Playoffs: 3/16 Semi-finals & 3/20 3rd-place match + Finals
