This class is a grappling-based martial art and self-defense system adapted for children, typically focusing on ground "fighting", leverage, and control rather than striking or kicking. It is often described as "human chess," focusing on technique, strategy, and mental discipline to enable a smaller person to defend against a larger, stronger opponent.
