Note: Please fill out required immigration travel forms using the student's passport information, reason for travel is student scuba diving, lodging location "Michael Young, Round House Bay St, St. Michael, Bridgetown Barbados" with arrival on March 31, 2024 and departure on April 4, 2024 (total of 5 days/4 nights). You will need to take a clear picture of the passport photo page without anything in the background. If you need assistance contact Dr. Brown.
