Description
Our 1st Grade ELO-P After-School Program provides students with a safe, engaging, and enriching environment that supports academic achievement, student wellness, and whole-child development beyond the regular school day. Sierra Vista Elementary partners with ELEVO and Think Together to provide high-quality expanded learning opportunities aligned with ELO-P program requirements and student needs.
Students will participate in a variety of developmentally appropriate activities, including:
- Academic enrichment and homework assistance
- Literacy and math support
- STEM and hands-on learning opportunities
- Arts, creativity, and enrichment activities
- Physical fitness and organized recreation
- Social-emotional learning and positive relationship building
- Team-building, leadership, and collaborative activities
The ELO-P program is designed to provide a balanced learning experience that includes academic support, enrichment, and active engagement in a safe and supportive environment. Activities are intentionally planned to promote student participation, attendance, engagement, and skill development while supporting the goals of the Expanded Learning Opportunities Program (ELO-P).
Through partnerships with ELEVO and Think Together, students are encouraged to build confidence, develop social skills, and explore new interests through structured expanded learning experiences.
