Description
Course Description
In this beginner-friendly course for grades 3–5, students dive into the art and science of game design using Scratch as their game engine. They’ll master the three core elements that bring games to life—graphics, code, and game feel—while building interactive stories, animations, and mini-games inspired by classics like Street Fighter and Pokémon. Each week, students design, test, and refine a new game, learning to think like creators through planning, debugging, and iteration. The course culminates in an exciting student showcase, where every participant presents their full portfolio of completed games
Classes will take place on Tuesdays & Thursdays from 4:05pm - 5:20pm for students in 3rd - 5th grade.
