SoLa Studios: Film Production

SoLa Studios is a South LA film production program designed for a new generation of Black and brown storytellers.

We provide an unrivaled approach to hands-on, interactive learning, where Tech Scholars are completely immersed in their course of study from day one.

Classes are taught by award-winning industry professionals, and Tech Scholars have access to a complete creative studio with state-of-the-art equipment and will walk away from the program with professional-level film production skills.

SoLa Foundation is working to end intergenerational poverty in South Los Angeles by providing quality STEAM education courses with top industry software and instruction at a low cost that prepares students for thriving careers. By registering to our courses, students and families commit to being in attendance for the course duration and commit to remaining engaged in all projects and skills-learning.
