Description
In this hands-on course, students explore the exciting world of 3D design by learning how to create their own digital models using beginner-friendly design tools. Through guided challenges and creative projects, students learn how shapes combine to form objects. Over the course of ten weeks, students develop foundational skills in spatial thinking, computer-aided design(CAD), and function. Selected student designs will be brought to life through 3D printing. By the end of the course, students will have designed a collection of original objects while gaining an introduction to the creative and technical skills used in modern design, engineering, and digital fabrication.
