The Career Launch Pad Internship Program is a four-week paid career readiness experience designed to expose students to multiple high-demand industries while building real-world skills. During the program, participants explored career pathways in construction, healthcare, and aerospace through hands-on learning activities, workshops, and field experiences. The first two weeks focused on construction and healthcare training in partnership with the NOCC, where students gained practical exposure to industry expectations, teamwork, and foundational workplace skills. The final two weeks were held at Nunez Community College, where students were introduced to aerospace programs and technical career pathways. Throughout the program, participants will be paid, which will help them develop professionalism, communication skills, and a clearer understanding of future career opportunities
