Description
SOAS has partnered with the Aligned Foundation to offer a 9 week series curriculum all focused on developing our mentees' social emotional skills! They will learn mindfulness, grounding techniques, communication skills, and much more!
This is a 9 week series in which all mentees are asked to attend each week!
