Volunteer Option 1: Health and Fitness Expo
We would love for you to join us for the two-day Health and Fitness Expo! Located in the Hyatt Regency in Downtown New Orleans, the Health & Fitness Expo is where race participants will pick up their race bib, and it is set to feature exhibitors showcasing the latest in running apparel, shoes, exercise equipment, nutritional and wellness products, fitness services, and more.
Shift Schedule:
- April 2: 1:30 PM - 7:00 PM
- April 3: 9:30 AM - 7:00 PM (2 shifts on 4/3)
Where:
- Hyatt Regency New Orleans Hotel, 601 Loyola Avenue
Volunteer Roles:
- Runner Check in
- T-Shirt Distribution
- Food & Beverage Service Assistance
Expectations:
The runner check-in volunteers will be using iPads and computers to check runners in so should be comfortable operating those devices. Operational Support Shifts may include T-shirt distribution, Food & Beverage Service, or Wayfinding!
Expo Volunteers will receive:
- Volunteer T-shirt
- Dinner
- Complimentary Parking
- Race Bib to Participate in the CCC 10k
- Free entry into Race Fest
- Service Hours (if applicable)
Volunteer Option 2: RACE DAY:
Race Day Volunteers will be at the heart of the Michelob Ultra RaceFest, the Crescent City Classic 10k after party. After completing the race, runners, families, and friends will flock to the City Park festival grounds to sip on cold beer and fuel up on Red Beans and Rice. Our RaceFest volunteers will be instrumental in the success of Race Fest.

- April 4: 7:30 AM - 1:00 PM

- T-Shirt Distribution
- Food and Beverage Service Assistance
Expectations:
We will need volunteers to assist with a handful of different tasks. Those tasks could include serving food, pouring drinks, passing out t-shirts, and more. We will need our volunteers to be out in the open and comfortable talking to runners and other volunteers.
RaceFest Volunteers will receive:
- Volunteer T-shirt
- Snacks
- Complimentary Parking
- Service Hours (if applicable)
