Volunteer Roles:
Guardian’s Room (Total Needed: 4)
Indoor role. Help us pamper our amazing SOAS guardians during the Block Party! Volunteers will maintain the beverage and snack station while ensuring that only guardians have access to this special room.
- SOAS Information Station (Total Needed: 4)
- Indoor role. Help us share what Son of a Saint is all about. This station will provide information and encourage further engagement with our Block Party guests. Opening shift will help set up and closing shift will help clean up and take down.
- Boys’ Craft Services (Total Needed: 6)
- Inside role. Assist with organizing, maintaining, and restocking the food station in the Main Conference Room for our SOAS boys, helping ensure a smooth and enjoyable experience. Opening shift will help set up and closing shift will help clean up and take down.
- Bartender / Bar Maintenance (Total Needed: 8)
- Help serve drinks to guests and maintain the bar area. Please note that minors, including our SOAS boys, will be attending - please be sure to check IDs and card all guests. Opening shift will help set up and closing shift will help clean up and take down.
- Outdoor Event Support (Total Needed: 20)
- Provide assistance throughout outdoor event spaces, including areas like the bounce house and stage. Responsibilities include helping maintain cleanliness, supporting activities, and assisting guests with directions or questions. Opening shift will help set up (if needed) and closing shift will help clean up and take down (if needed).
