Description
Fight back with strength and spirit! Rock Steady Boxing is a non-contact fitness program designed specifically for adults living with Parkinson’s disease. Using boxing-inspired workouts, participants improve balance, mobility, coordination, and overall strength in a safe, supportive environment. Led by certified coaches, each class combines cardio, strength training, and boxing technique to help enhance quality of life and foster a sense of community. No boxing experience needed—just a fighting attitude and the will to keep moving forward!
