Description
TWC Guns Down Gloves Up FREE 8 week intro to boxing/cardio program is in direct response to the gun violence and an effort to keep youth safe off the streets. The intergenerational boxing program open to ages 5-85 also promotes healthier lifestyle, socialization, confidence and community connections. Each boxing session is followed by a voluntary healthy meal and community resource workshop based off community need and wish.
