Gears & Gadgets: Build It, Spin It, Make It Move!
Get ready to think like an inventor! In Gears & Gadgets, students will explore the exciting world of simple machines—gears, levers, pulleys, ramps, and more. Through hands-on building challenges, they’ll discover how everyday machines make work easier and power amazing inventions. ⚙️
Once they’ve mastered the basics, the real fun begins! Students will team up to design and build their own Rube Goldberg machine—a wildly creative chain reaction where one small action sets off a spectacular sequence of moving parts. Imagine dominoes tipping, gears spinning, ramps rolling, and gadgets clicking together in the most imaginative ways.
This class is perfect for curious builders who love to tinker, experiment, and bring big ideas to life. By the end, students won’t just understand machines—they’ll have built one incredible machine of their own! 🚀

Youth will be dismissed directly to the assigned CDL classroom and received by the CDL instructor.
Dismissal will begin promptly at 5 pm. Please have photo ID ready for dismissal.
