Description
Join young women from across Arizona on Mingus Mountain for the 23rd Annual Women’s Empowerment Breakthrough (WEB) Weekend Conference. This year’s theme, In My Analog Era: Powering Down to Power Up, inviting teens to unplug from outside pressures, reconnect with themselves, and build confidence, leadership, and community in a supportive, distraction-free environment.
The WEB Conference takes place Friday, April 24 through Sunday, April 26, 2026, with the weekend beginning Friday afternoon and concluding Sunday afternoon.
WEB is a 3-day retreat for young women ages 12–18, designed to foster connection, self-confidence, and leadership skills. Throughout the weekend, participants can choose from over 20 interactive workshop options, covering topics such as self-defense, creative expression, communication skills, leadership in challenging situations, and so many more.
Teens who attend the WEB Conference leave the weekend as part of a stronger network of support. Participants report a heightened sense of self after engaging in activities intentionally designed to build self-confidence, resilience, and overall mental wellness.
Scholarships are available, and we encourage anyone interested to register!
