Description
What?
STEM Connection summer camps offer:
--STEM and nature camp near your home
--Activities aligned to Indiana Academic Standards
--8:1 adult to camper ratio
--Facilitators are certified teachers who are capable of handling students with special needs
--Campers receive a daily snack a STEM Connection T-shirt included in the camp fee
--Activities may include service learning, citizen science, STEM experiments, art, nature exploration and more!
--Campers will have fun while connecting with nature and engaging in STEM activities and making real world connections to STEM careers.
Who?
--Campers are children entering grades K-5 in the Fall of 2021.
Where?
All summer camps take place at Moore Road Farm, 8407 Moore Road, in Indianapolis. We have indoor and outdoor educational spaces, deciduous forests, hiking trails, riparian and creek environments, and a variety of natural play spaces for children to explore and enjoy.
Cost?
Fee for each camper is $200 per week. We are pleased to say that our prices have remained the same for the last 4 years due to our amazing funders!
--15% discount for each additional sibling
--15% discount for returning campers
--Special discount available for students who qualify for Free or Reduced Lunch
--One discount per student
Campers should bring a packed lunch, water bottle, sunscreen, bug spray, and towel to sit on.
